These terms apply to bookings of transfers, car rental with driver and tour packages from Connext Travel Co., Ltd. through https://connexttravel.com. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms.
1Booking & confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once our team confirms it and/or payment is received
- Please double-check the date, time and pick-up/drop-off points — incorrect details may cause a missed pick-up
- For "ask for price" items we will quote you first; the booking is confirmed once you accept the price and pay
2Prices & payment
- Transfer prices are per vehicle per trip, with driver, including fuel and tolls
- Prices exclude accommodation, meals, entrance fees, border/visa fees and personal expenses unless stated in the trip details
- You can pay by credit/debit card, PromptPay or bank transfer
3Waiting time & changes on the day
- Your driver waits at the meeting point at the booked time. Delays beyond what was agreed may incur overtime charges
- Half-day charters are up to 5 hours and full-day charters up to 10 hours; extra time may be charged
- Extra stops or route changes during the trip may cost extra depending on distance
4Luggage & passengers
- Passengers and luggage must not exceed the seats and space of the booked vehicle
- Illegal items, dangerous goods and pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance
- No smoking in the vehicle
5Cross-border travel (Laos / China)
- Travellers are responsible for their own documents, such as passport, visa or border pass
- If entry is refused because of missing documents, the service fee cannot be refunded
- Border opening hours and rules may change as decided by the authorities
6Liability
- Our vehicles are insured and our drivers hold valid licences
- We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, border closures, traffic or government orders
- Please keep your valuables with you

8Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you book applies to your booking.
